sec.19 Signing instruments
If the instrument must be signed by an appropriate authority, the instrument must be signed by— if the appropriate authority is the corporation—the corporation manager appointed under section 13 of the Act ; or if the appropriate authority is the council—the council’s chief executive officer.
- (a) if the appropriate authority is the corporation—the corporation manager appointed under section 13 of the Act ; or
- (b) if the appropriate authority is the council—the council’s chief executive officer.
