sec.17A Recording particulars of easements—modified Act, s 23
For section 23 (7) of the modified Act, the manner prescribed for recording the particulars in the registry is as follows— the registrar must endorse and sign a record of the instrument on a sheet; the sheet must be annexed to the first sheet of the registered leasehold building units plan. (new)
