sec.20 Definitions for part
In this part— former , in relation to a provision, means the provision of the repealed by-law as in force from time to time before the commencement. new , in relation to a provision, means the provision of this by-law as in force from the commencement. repealed by-law means the repealed South Bank Corporation By-law 2014 .
