if a provision of the applied Act has been omitted—instead of that provision, the note ‘(not applied)’ appears;
if an additional provision has been inserted or a provision has been replaced—the note ‘(new)’ appears;
if a provision has been otherwise amended (other than in a way in which an Act is authorised to be reprinted by the Reprints Act 1992 )—the note ‘(amended)’ appears.
