#### 22P Obligations of lessees 22P Obligations of lessees > The following provisions apply to an owner or occupier of land to whom an advance is made: > > > (a) the owner or occupier shall not let the land unless the owner or occupier has provided to the proposed lessee a copy of the conditions to which the advance is subject, > > > (b) the owner or occupier shall include in any lease of the land a condition to the effect that the lessee shall comply with such of the conditions referred to in paragraph (a) as require the carrying out of works on the land and the maintenance of those works. > > **s 22P:** Ins 1947 No 11, sec 2 (1).
