#### 15E Prosecution 15E Prosecution > > (1) A person who fails to comply with the requirements of a notice under section 15A within the time specified in the notice is guilty of an offence against this Act and liable to a penalty not exceeding 500 penalty units. > > > (2) It is a defence to a prosecution of a person if the court is satisfied that the person had no legal right to enter the land in respect of which the notice was given and comply with the requirements of the notice. > > **s 15E:** Ins 1985 No 201, Sch 1.
