45 Prescribed residential disability services
(1) For the purposes of section 113(2)(a) of the Act, the following residential disability services are prescribed—
(a) a residential service provided or funded by the Secretary specifically for persons with a disability;
(b) a residential service funded by the Transport Accident Commission specifically for persons with a disability;
(c) a residential service funded by the Victorian WorkCover Authority specifically for persons with a disability.
residential service means—
(a) a residential service within the meaning of the Disability Act 2006; or
(b) a service providing or arranging the provision of residential accommodation specifically for persons with a disability.
