38 WCES services

For the purpose of the definition of WCES service in section 3(1) of the Act, the worker and carer exclusion scheme is prescribed to apply to the following services—

(a) providing foster care to a child;

(b) caring for children in an out of home care residence managed by an out of home care service;

(c) services provided to children at an out of home care residence managed by an out of home care service by a person employed or engaged by that out of home care service;

(d) caring for children at a secure welfare service;

(e) services provided to children at a secure welfare service by a person employed or engaged by that secure welfare service.
