93 Offence to employ or engage excluded person
(1) A WCES service provider must not knowingly employ or engage a person to provide a WCES service if that person is subject to an exclusion decision in relation to that WCES service.
(2) A WCES service provider must not knowingly continue to employ or engage a person to provide a WCES service if the service provider becomes aware that the person is subject to an exclusion decision in relation to that WCES service.
