82 Interim WWC exclusions and WWC exclusions

A WCES worker or carer who is given an interim WWC exclusion or a WWC exclusion, or whose WWC clearance is suspended under section 79 of the Worker Screening Act 2020, must not provide a WCES service that involves child‑related work within the meaning of that Act while the interim WWC exclusion, WWC exclusion or suspension is in force.
