77 Offence to contravene non-publication determination by Panel
A person must not publish or broadcast, or cause to be published or broadcast—
(a) any information or document in contravention of a determination by the Panel under section 76; or
(b) any report of a hearing of a Panel before the final determination of the matter to which the hearing relates.
Penalty: 100 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate;
50 penalty units, in any other case.
