65 Report of investigation

(1) After an investigation under section 57 into the conduct of a WCES worker or carer is completed, the Regulator must ensure that a report on the investigation is prepared that includes—

(a) the findings of the investigation; and

(b) the grounds for those findings.

(2) A report under subsection (1) may include information relating to any other report or investigation (whether carried out under this Part or not) into the WCES worker or carer or their conduct.

(3) If the Regulator refers the matter to a Panel under section 63(b), the Regulator must submit the report under subsection (1) to—

(a) that Panel; and

(b) the WCES worker or carer.
