53 Regulator to report to Chief Commissioner of Police

(1) On becoming aware that a WCES worker or carer may be involved, or may have been involved, in criminal conduct, the Regulator must report the matter to the Chief Commissioner of Police.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the Regulator reasonably believes that Victoria Police is already aware of the matter.
