325 Pending revocation
(a) the Secretary, within the meaning of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005, had given notice to a registered community service under section 52(b) of that Act; and
(b) that Secretary had not finally determined whether or not to revoke the registration of that community service immediately before the commencement of Part 3.
(2) The Secretary may determine whether or not to revoke the registration in accordance with the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 3.
(3) If the Secretary determines to revoke the registration of a community service under this section, that registration is taken to be revoked under Division 7 of Part 7.
