321 Exemptions from offence relating to unregistered service providers—secure welfare services
Section 135(1) does not apply to a person or body in respect of the provision of secure welfare services until the later of the following—
(a) the day that is 3 months after the commencement of Part 3;
(b) if the person or body applies (or has an application made on their behalf) for registration in respect of secure welfare services within 3 months after that commencement, the day on which that application is finally determined.
