320 Deemed exclusion decisions

If, before the commencement of Part 5, the Suitability Panel determined under section 106 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 that a person posed an unacceptable risk of harm to children, that determination is taken to be an exclusion decision for the purposes of this Act.
