318 Exemptions from offence relating to unregistered service providers—prescribed social services
Section 135(1) does not apply to a person or body in respect of the provision of a social service prescribed for the purposes of this section until the later of the following—
(a) the end of the prescribed period;
(b) if the person or body applies (or has an application made on their behalf) for registration in respect of the social service within the prescribed period, the day on which that application is finally determined.
