291E Function of independent expert advisory panel

(1) The function of a Panel convened under section 291D is to consider a request for advice from the Regulator under section 92E of the Worker Screening Act 2020.

(2) In carrying out this function, an independent expert advisory panel may consider any document or information provided to the panel by the Regulator for the purposes of this Division.
