291A Definitions

In this Division—

Convener means the Convener appointed under section 291B(1)(a);

Deputy Convener means a Deputy Convener appointed under section 291B(1)(b);

independent expert advisory panel means an independent expert advisory panel convened under section 291D;

panel candidate means a person appointed as a panel candidate under section 291C.
