274 Application by provider for order to vacate
(1) A provider may apply to VCAT for an order to vacate if—
(a) the provider has given the resident a notice to vacate; and
(b) the resident has not vacated the supported residential service.
(2) A provider may apply to VCAT for an order to vacate if—
(a) the resident has given the provider a notice of intention to vacate the supported residential service; and
(b) the resident has not vacated the supported residential service.
