260 Provider proposes to cease carrying on the supported residential service
(1) A provider may give a resident a notice to vacate the supported residential service if the provider proposes to cease conducting or carrying on business as a supported residential service at the premises.
(2) A notice to vacate under subsection (1) must specify a termination date is not less than 28 days after the date on which the notice is given.
