259 Giving of notice to vacate
(1) A notice to vacate must be given to—
(a) the resident; and
(b) the person nominated (if any).

(2) In the case of a notice to vacate under section 261, 265, 266, 267 or 268, the provider must also notify the Regulator within the prescribed time of the notice to vacate being given.

(3) The Regulator, within the prescribed time, must notify the Secretary of any notice the Regulator receives under subsection (2).
Subdivision 2—Notice to vacate given by provider
