256 Application to VCAT for refund of security deposit etc.
A resident or a person acting on behalf of a resident may apply to VCAT for an order directing the provider to refund the security deposit, establishment fee, fee paid in advance or reservation fee to the resident if the provider does not refund a security deposit, an establishment fee, a fee paid in advance or a reservation fee in accordance with this Act.
