247 Records of money held in trust account

A provider who has placed a security deposit, an establishment fee, a fee paid in advance or a reservation fee in respect of a resident into a trust account must maintain separate records, in accordance with the regulations, in relation to the funds of each resident whose funds are held in that trust account.
