233 Provider must notify Regulator of appropriate health care requirements

(1) If a provider is unsuccessful in securing the provision of appropriate health care for a resident after taking all reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate health care is provided to the resident, the provider must notify the Regulator without delay of the needs of the resident.

(2) The Regulator must notify the Secretary of any notice the Regulator receives under subsection (1).
