227 Residential and services agreement to be signed by resident etc.
(1) A provider must provide the residential and services agreement in relation to a resident to that resident or the person nominated (if any) for signature by the resident.
(2) A residential and services agreement that a resident has signed must be returned to the provider as soon as practicable after it is received and signed.
