208 Part does not affect handling of confidential information permitted by this Act or other Acts

Nothing in this Part limits the collection, use or disclosure of confidential information by a relevant agency under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014, the Health Records Act 2001, this Act, the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005, the Worker Screening Act 2020 or any other Act.
