203 Regulator or Panel to provide Integrity Oversight Victoria with copies
The Regulator or a Panel, as soon as reasonably practicable, must provide Integrity Oversight Victoria with a copy of the following—
(a) each confidentiality notice issued by the Regulator or Panel (as the case may be);
(b) a report or statement of reasons for the issue of each confidentiality notice by the Regulator or Panel;
(c) each notice cancelling a confidentiality notice issued by the Regulator or Panel under section 201(3), (4) or (9);
(d) each application to the Supreme Court under section 201(7) to extend the expiry period of a confidentiality notice issued by the Regulator or Panel;
(e) each order made under section 201(8) by the Supreme Court extending the expiry period of a confidentiality notice issued by the Regulator or Panel.
