195 Duty of relevant agency to assist Regulator

A relevant agency must—

(a) reasonably assist, in its capacity as a relevant agency, the Regulator in the performance of the Regulator's functions; and

(b) take reasonable steps to provide the Regulator with information held by or under the control of the relevant agency that may be relevant to the Regulator's functions under this Act or any other Act.
