183 Offence to undertake duty or function of administrator without consent of administrator
During the administration period, the social service provider must not undertake any duty or function of the administrator without the consent of the administrator.
Section 297 provides that this section is a civil penalty provision. The penalty for contravention of this civil penalty provision is set out in the table in section 297.
