179 Offence to hinder or obstruct administrator
During the administration period, the social service provider must not hinder or obstruct the administrator carrying out functions or exercising a power under this Division without reasonable excuse.
Section 297 provides that this section is a civil penalty provision. The penalty for contravention of this civil penalty provision is set out in the table in section 297.
