178 Offence to remove equipment or other property without consent of administrator  

During the administration period, the social service provider must not remove from the premises any equipment or other property (whether or not owned by the provider) which is reasonably necessary for the proper and efficient delivery of social services at the premises without the consent of the administrator.

Section 297 provides that this section is a civil penalty provision. The penalty for contravention of this civil penalty provision is set out in the table in section 297.
