177 Provider to pay Regulator costs incurred by appointment of administrator
A social service provider for which an administrator has been appointed under this Division is liable to pay to the Regulator the amount determined by the Regulator as the amount of costs incurred—
(a) in connection with the appointment of the administrator; or
(b) by the administrator in connection with the management and operation of the provider.
