171 Consequences of suspension of registration

(1) While a person's registration as a registered social service provider is suspended, the person is taken not to be registered under this Act either wholly or, if it is a partial suspension, in relation to the matter specified in the suspension.

(2) The Regulator may vary or revoke a suspension of registration.
