153 Regulator may accept enforceable undertaking from registered social service provider

The Regulator may accept an enforceable undertaking from a registered social service provider in connection with any matter in relation to which—

(a) the Regulator has a function by operation of this Act or the regulations; or

(b) the Regulator has a power by operation of this Act.
