148 Non-compliance with notice or direction
A registered social service provider to whom an improvement notice or a prohibition notice is issued, or a verbal direction under section 145 is given, must not fail to comply with that notice or direction without reasonable excuse.
Section 297 provides that this section is a civil penalty provision. The penalty for contravention of this civil penalty provision is set out in the table in section 297.
