The person in charge of a WCES service provider and every member of staff of the WCES service provider must provide the Regulator, a Panel, an authorised officer or an independent investigator with such reasonable assistance and access to records and employees as the Regulator, Panel, authorised officer or independent investigator requires in carrying out a function under this Part.
