(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Social Security Act 1991.
In this instrument:
Act means the Social Security Act 1991.
For the purposes of paragraph 661A(2)(a) of the Act, the following arrangements are the remote engagement program: (a) the arrangement set out in Part G of Annexure 1 to the Head Agreement for the Community Development Program 2019‑2024 between the Commonwealth and Paupiyala Tjarutja Aboriginal Corporation, as in force on 3 July 2023; (b) the arrangement set out in Part G of Annexure 1 to the Head Agreement for the Community Development Program 2019‑2024 between the Commonwealth and Ngaanyatjarra Council Aboriginal Corporation, as in force on 3 July 2023.
For the purposes of paragraph 661A(2)(b) of the Act, the following parts of the remote engagement program are a remote engagement placement under the program: (a) the REP Placement set out in Part G of Annexure 1 to the Head Agreement mentioned in paragraph 5(a) of this instrument; (b) the REP Placement set out in Part G of Annexure 1 to the Head Agreement mentioned in paragraph 5(b) of this instrument.
For the purposes of subsection 661E(2) of the Act, the rate of payment per fortnight of the remote engagement program payment is $190.
