33 Assurance
For the purposes of paragraph 29(c), this section covers a disclosure if:
- a parent, or the parents, of a homeless young person has sought assurance that the homeless young person has been in contact with the Department or with Services Australia; and
- the disclosure is necessary to inform the parent or parents whether the homeless young person has been in contact with the Department or with Services Australia.
