30 State or Territory welfare authority
For the purposes of paragraph 29(c), this section covers a disclosure to a welfare authority of a State or Territory where the homeless young person to whom the information relates is:
- in the care of that authority in accordance with the law of the State or Territory; or
- under 15 years of age.
