This determination is the Social Security (Personal Care Support –Direct Payments Project) (DEST) Determination 2007.
2 Commencement
This determination commences on the day after its registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3 Definitions
In this determination:
Act means the Social Security Act 1991.
Direct Payments Project is the project, known by that name, and which:
(a) is administered by the Victorian Department of Human Services; and
(b) is part of the ‘Support and Care Initiative’ which has adopted the principles of Individualised Planning and Support.
Part 2 Personal Care Support
4 Personal Care Support Determination
(1) The Direct Payments Project is an approved scheme for the purposes of the Act.
