9 Payments under the Defence Determination 2016/19, Conditions of service
For the purposes of section 5, this section covers the following payments: (a) a payment made under Division 2 (additional death benefit) of Part 2 of Chapter 11 of the Defence Determination 2016/19, Conditions of service; (b) a payment made under Division 3 (severe injury adjustment) of that Part.
