5 Exempt Lump Sum
For the purposes of paragraph 8(11)(d) of the Act, the gross amount of a NSW taxi transitional assistance payment is an exempt lump sum.
6 Application provision
Section 5 applies to the calculation of the rate of social security payments payable for days on or after 1 February 2023.
