In this instrument:
Act means the Social Security Act 1991. Income Apportionment Resolution Scheme is the Commonwealth scheme established by force of Schedule 3 to the Social Security and Other Legislation Amendment (Technical Changes No. 2) Act 2025. resolution payment means an amount of reparation paid under the Income Apportionment Resolution Scheme as determined by the Minister by legislative instrument under subitem 3(1) of Schedule 3 to the Social Security and Other Legislation Amendment (Technical Changes No. 2) Act 2025.
