Social Security (Administration) - Queensland Commission (Family Responsibilities Commission) (DEEWR) Specification 2011

I, BILL SHORTEN, Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, specify the Family Responsibilities Commission established under section 9 of the Family Responsibilities Commission Act 2008 (Qld) for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of Queensland Commission in section 123TC of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999 (the Act).

This Specification commences on 1 January 2012.

This Specification ceases on 1 January 2013.
