Note: A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in section 123TC of the Act, including the following:
(a) income management account;
(b) Income Management Record;
(c) Part 3B payment nominee;
(d) stored value card;
(e) subject to the income management regime.
In this instrument:
Act means the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.
