#### 31 Approval of follow‑up rehabilitation programs The Secretary may determine that: (a) a follow‑up program under Part III of the former Disability Services Act 1986; or (b) each of the programs included in a class of follow‑up programs under that Part; are follow‑up programs for the purposes of this Act.
