##### 9 Tenure of office (1) The Commissioner and each Associate Commissioner: (a) shall be appointed for a period not exceeding 7 years; and (b) may be appointed on a full‑time basis or on a part‑time basis. (3) Where the period of appointment of the Commissioner or an Associate Commissioner has expired he shall be eligible for re‑appointment.
