##### 27 Borrowing from Commonwealth The Minister for Finance may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, out of money appropriated by the Parliament for the purpose, lend money to the Authority on such terms and conditions as the Minister for Finance, having regard to the provisions of clause 15 of the Agreement, in writing, determines.
