#### 12 Accounts Accounts to be kept (1) Separate notional accounts are to be kept within the Special Account in the names of particular individuals. Individual’s account (2) An account kept in the name of an individual is to be known as the individual’s account. > Note: Section 4 provides that account means a notional account kept in accordance with this section.
